    > Curiously, she reads the summery.

    > It’s an M-rated fic with three chapters. That’s different.

    ((

    Hoe does that even work?))

[I know those fanfictions, ahaha! ReaderxCharacter. I enjoy reading some of them, haha.

It’s basically written as one would write another pairing, like SoujixNaoto, only instead of Souji, it says like _____ or (Your name) or You, ect.

They can get pretty messed up, but some of the less graphic ones are fairly adorable.]

Daichi blushed dark, smiling into his mothers arms. His own wrapped weakly around her neck, as they were too small to reach around her shoulders. He nuzzled her softly, whimpering and sniffling a few times in order to force himself to stop his tears. His blue hair was so close to Naoto’s that being in this close of a proximity to her and one couldn’t tell who’s hair was who’s. He nodded into her neck softly, before leaning back and placing a soft kiss on her left cheek. He smiled brightly. He was a good, strong boy. And a gentleman. Oho yes.

He nodded, taking in her words with a slightly innocent expression. “D-D…I didn’t want to lie to Momma…” he looked away, sneaking a glance at Souji. “I didn’t want Momma to get mad at me…I hate when Momma’s mad at me…” He whimpered and his voice cracked softly, his eyes tearing up again at the sheer thought of Naoto being upset with him. He was only five and he was already whipped. He took after his father in more ways than one, so it seemed.

He looked down at the floor. “I…I pushed Sarah down the slide. . ” He looked away again, biting his lip as he let out a small sad sound. He had no reason why he did it. . He did not know why, at all. He liked her, he knew that…  She was very…beautiful. When he looked at her his heart wrenched and he didn’t feel like himself. He didn’t like it at all. It confused him. It made him stop thinking of Momma. . He needed to always think of Momma. He was his precious thing. He would always protect her. Well, as well as a five year old could.

A single bead of sweet ran down Souji’s face as Naoto looked at him. The look he received was one he was all too familiar with, one that indicated he was going to be in a great deal of trouble later. Again.

The feel was then compounded by Daichi sneaking his own look at him. His children certainly did take after Naoto, that much was certain. At least in the way they manage to make him feel bad about these things.

Souji remained silent as Daichi offered his explanation, nervous to how Naoto would respond to such a thing. It was rather unexpected of the child, as Naoto said, he had always been a little gentlemen, he wondered how she would respond to such… Ungentlemanly behaviour.

For a moment, Naoto looked up at Souji for a second time, as if expecting the silverette to suddenly grin and say that was the story they’d come up with to fool her. Of all the many scenarios she’d come up with in her mind, this was not one of them. Not that the detective was going to complain, of course. It could have been so much worse—so, so much worse.

Still, the fact remained that Daichi had done something wrong. He could not get away with that. He was lucky the other girl hadn’t gotten seriously hurt. That would have ended in a very unhappy day for everyone.

“I see…” Naoto began, taking care to keep her tone firm, but not overly angry. “I’m not happy to hear that, Daichi. You know that pushing others is wrong…” Glancing at Souji, she nodded toward the kitchen and walked inside, setting their son down at his chair before sitting down herself.

“I want you to tell me why you did that—no fibbing, you know better than that.” Unable to resist the motherly urge calling to her, the dark-haired woman placed a hand on her son’s shoulder and added, “I will not be angry with you if you tell me what happened. If we want to make this better, we have to find out the facts. That’s how papa and I solve cases, right?”

Daichi looked down, finding the design of the polished wood much more interesting then the conversation at hand, his navy eyes slowly sinking into a more and more depressed expression. He was frowning, but he started to blush. He…didn’t know how to explain it to his mother that he really…liked this girl.

He rubbed his hands furiously in his lap, biting his lip as his mind worked. He didn’t know how his mother, or his father, would take this. And Miyu, oh god, Miyu. .if she found out than she would tell Sarah and she would never talk to him again. . He wasn’t good with his feelings, he was almost transparent, and he knew that Naoto could tell something was deeply troubling him.

“I. . ” he started, but stopped. How could he word this? It was…difficult. “I’m not…sure how to say. .” For a five year old, he had a vast vocabulary. But that’s what happens when you have Souji and Naoto Shirogane as parents. You picked up a lot of words and their meanings without meaning to. Without trying, even. “It’s. . hard to describe what I feel, when I’m around Sarah. . “

His face was such a dark shade of red and he blinked back a few tears, both of sadness and embarrassment. “She’s…I don’t know how to describe it, when I’m around her I feel like I’m floating, and I just can’t breathe or talk or think, even…” If he hadn’t been so nervous, he knew he wouldn’t have done what he did, he just couldn’t think.

    Stara’s got a point there.

    kazemahou:

We’re all a huge, wacky, yet rather supportive family… and it’s already noted how much we care about each other. If anyone within here wants to try and deny that fact, I want that person to stop and look at all of these posts. Some of us are better at words than others, and some of us just don’t know what to say. You can say that right now, I’m stuck in the middle. Dunno what else to do, but I want to keep trying. It’s sort of annoying being at this standstill, but I’ll manage for now.

Although I sort of feel like I’m not doing well enough. I’m not going to consider myself a shitty friend either because… I want to keep on trying my best.

But besides me, all of us here, from roleplayers to just… personals who happen to follow along with our shenanigans, we all care about each other.

    We all love one another.

    We’re a family.

    That’s what family does.
